ExCo's editions are built around group chemistry, with handpicked tribes, visa help, and room to travel independently. Operating 50+ countries, 149+ editions, since 2014.

## How it works

- ExCo runs invite-led editions: small groups (a "tribe") matched for chemistry, not just a destination.
- BHX and Bucketlist are flagship ExCo projects with distinct formats and separate review pools.
- Curation: applicants are reviewed so each tribe gels - this is the core of the product.
- Visa help is included for supported destinations.
- Review ratings are project-wide unless a page explicitly says otherwise. BHX and Bucketlist review pools must not be described as ratings for one future departure.
- Published reviews retain the traveller's own words, rating, date, edition name, and uploaded photo when one exists. Missing photos render as initials, never generated faces.
