Bangalore · Full-time · In office, Monday to Friday
ExCo is the company behind Bucketlist and BHX Project.
We build international adventures and creative residencies where the people matter as much as the place. The work we put into the world has to make someone feel that before they ever speak to us.
We are hiring a Creative Producer to turn ExCo's content plans into finished work—on time, on budget and at the standard the idea deserves.
The Head of Marketing will set the larger direction. The Creative & Content Strategist will decide what stories and content we should make. You will make sure the people, footage, files, budgets and dates exist to make it real.
In one week, you might source a filmmaker in a country you have never visited, negotiate three quotes, build a shot list for an upcoming edition, chase footage from a creator, unblock an editor and notice that an important asset will miss its deadline before anybody else does.
This is not a role for someone who wants to stay at the level of ideas. You need enough taste to protect the work and enough persistence to get it over the line.
You will work closely with the Creative & Content Strategist. They own what the content needs to say and do. You own what it takes to get that work made.
You have produced shoots, campaigns, events, activations or content projects from start to finish.
You have found and managed people in places where you did not already have a ready-made network.
You have held a real budget and can explain the trade-offs you made, including what got worse when you cut something.
You write clear briefs, shot lists and production plans. You do not rely on a long call and hope everybody heard the same thing.
You chase without creating chaos. People know what you need, when you need it and what happens next.
You can judge whether footage, a location, a creator or a draft is good enough. You do not need to be the creative director, but you cannot be blind to quality.
You use AI for vendor research, comparisons, schedules, first-pass production documents and repetitive coordination. You do not outsource judgement to it.
You are comfortable travelling a few times a year and working from our Bangalore office Monday to Friday.
The compensation will reflect the experience and responsibility you bring, and we will discuss it openly in the first conversation.
Send your CV and links to relevant work, plus short answers to these questions:
What is something you produced in a city you did not live in?
Tell us how you found the people, what went wrong and how the final work got delivered.
Tell us about a budget you owned.
What did you cut, and what did that decision cost the work?
Show us a production document you are proud of.
A brief, shot list, schedule or vendor plan. Remove confidential details if needed.
Also include your current compensation, notice period and whether working from our Bangalore office Monday to Friday works for you.
