The questions the harder profiles actually ask.

I'm self-employed with irregular ITRs. Can I still get a visa?+

Yes. Variable income is common among our travellers. Your concierge builds the financial picture embassies look for, using ITRs, bank statements and business proof together rather than expecting a salary slip.

I'm being sponsored, or I'm a homemaker without my own income.+

Sponsored applications are routine. We use a sponsor declaration, the sponsor's financials and a relationship proof. There is a dedicated checklist for this profile so nothing gets missed.

It's my first time travelling abroad. Will that count against me?+

No. Plenty of our travellers are first-timers. A clean, well-prepared application matters far more than passport history, and your concierge prepares the whole file with you.

What happens if a visa is delayed or refused?+

We time every application to land well before departure, and your concierge flags risks early rather than at the counter. ExCo's policy on delays and refunds is shared with you before you commit, so you always know where you stand.
