The role
You will speak to interested customers, understand what they want, and confidently guide them to a booking decision. If you enjoy closing conversations and hate loose ends, you will like this role.
What you'll own
Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp and email. Qualify intent, budget and readiness. Drive conversations towards clear decisions.
Own your pipeline end to end. Maintain strict CRM hygiene. Follow up with intent and consistency. Close bookings or close the loop cleanly.
Share real customer feedback with the business team.
What we're looking for
1ā3 years of sales, BD or inside sales experience. Comfortable speaking to premium customers. Clear communicator on calls and WhatsApp.
Process oriented and data aware. Comfortable with targets and accountability. Curious, coachable and hungry to grow.
You have conviction in what you sell. You're comfortable asking for the sale. You can move indecisive customers without being pushy ā and you own your leads and outcomes without anyone having to chase you.
Travel experience is a plus. Sales instinct matters more.
