About the trip
Kashmir asks you to slow down and pause. In Srinagar, mornings unfold over still lakes and drifting shikaras; in Sonmarg, the wind moves through endless meadows beneath glacier-lined peaks. Between water and mountain, the noise fades and the ideas begin to surface. A hand-picked circle of founders, artists, and rebels gathers for six unhurried days of wandering roads, quiet journaling, long meadow walks, and fireside tribe dates that turn passing thoughts into real conversations. This is the BHX rhythm in its purest form: kahwa warming slow mornings, brain-date circles sharpening half-formed visions, and sunset tribe check-ins grounding breakthroughs so they travel home with you. You Land a Stranger. You Won't Stay One.

- You land in Srinagar, bags dropped, first hellos traded over a slow welcome lunch.
- The afternoon is about context setting: why we’re here, what we’re carrying in, and what we want to create space for.
- Then it opens into intro circles. But this won't start with your job titles, but the pivots, the bets, the moments that actually changed how you think.
- By late afternoon, the room will be filled with so much depth, you'll have heard stories that most friendships take years to reach.
- As evening rolls in, we sip some Kashmiri kahwa, take a Shikara ride across the Dal, and a stroll through the old markets.
- Dinner is at the iconic Ahdoos, where stories start flowing before the real work begins.
The Walls Come Down.

- After breakfast, we set off on a scenic road trip to Sonmarg; mountains closing in and a quiet that loosens you up.
- We check into Golden Meadows, followed by lunch at the villa.
- We wrap up lingering intros and then the room shifts as challenges come to the table.
- You're placed in a group of four or five. These are agencies, where you walk your group through what's blocking you. They dig in, then you do the same for them.
- By evening, everyone has two things ready: their Ask and their Offer.
- We then end the day with dinner and a house party, Kashmir style!
The Tribe Shows Up.

- Mornings begin slow, with breakfast and fresh mountain air.
- One by one, each person takes the floor. Here's my challenge, here's what I need, here's what I can give. We call this the Creative Marketplace.
- The tribe responds but it's not with vague encouragement, but with real commitments: emotional backing, skills, warm intros into networks, formal collaborations.
- We break for lunch. The marketplace continues post it and you leave the session knowing exactly who you need to have one-on-ones with and how they'll show up.
- As the temperature dips, we gather for hot chocolates & conversations, leading into dinner and late-night jams.
The Questions You Forgot to Ask Yourself.

- If the Marketplace ran long, it wraps this morning. Otherwise, the day belongs to Tribe Dates.
- Lunch is ordered in, keeping things relaxed and unhurried.
- One-on-ones with co-residents unfold. Some conversations happen over Kahwa at the villa. Others over a slow walk in nature. Kashmir has no shortage of good backdrops.
- These are intentional, unhurried conversations that help you get a completely different lens on your own situation.
- Evening winds down and as night falls, we gather around a bonfire, sharing dinner, warmth, and stories that only happen when phones are down.
Hacks Shared. Work Seen. Moves Made.

- We start with breakfast and tribe dates continue into the morning - some threads from yesterday still have more to give.
- Then: Hack Circle. One person shares what changed their morning productivity. Another, a tool that shifted everything. 30+ hacks and nothing held back.
- Lunch at the villa!
- Show of Work follows (optional), where you share what you're building with people across 15+ fields. In return, you get feedback that's honest because it comes from people who are mid-build too.
- Last full evening, bringing a wrap-up and reveal. We set intentions for what comes next.
- This is your chance to leave nothing on the table - the collab you've been circling, the email you've been sitting on, the guidance you need.
