For retreat hosts
Some people give their followers content. You're going to give them a tribe.
Take 12 people who already love what you do — and give them four days that change them. A surf retreat in Lombok. A yoga reset in the hills. A wildlife-and-party week in South Africa. A creative residency in Bali. Whatever your community would love — we've probably already run a version of it.
What we mean by retreat
A retreat is whatever you want it to be.
Some retreats are still. A villa in Goa where 12 founders rebuild their company strategy. A yoga reset in Sri Lanka. A coffee crawl from Bangalore farms to Bali roasters. The kind of retreat where Day 4 looks a lot like Day 1 — on purpose.
Some retreats are wild. A wildlife morning and dance-floor night through South Africa. A storm-chasing photography week in Iceland. A surf camp in Lombok where everyone walks in not knowing how to surf and walks out catching their first wave. A ski week in Kashmir where everyone drops in without a turn to their name and leaves carving their first proper run. A K-pop deep dive in Seoul.
Single base, two acts (Berlin then Prague, Bali then Ubud), four nights, eight nights — the format follows your community, not the other way around.

The bones
What stays the same across every retreat.
The room is curated, not just convened.
We say no a lot. To bad-fit hosts, to lazy itineraries, to anyone who'd dilute the room. The 12 people in your retreat are chosen as carefully as you'd choose dinner guests. The curation filter is the brand.
The container is psychologically engineered, not vibes-based.
Day 1 is gentle. By Day 2, strangers know each other's biggest fears. By Day 3, they're booking 1-on-1 sessions with each other on a wall board called Tribe Dates. By Day 4, they're hyping each other's lives. By Day 5, they don't want to leave the WhatsApp group. We've designed this arc 110+ times. We know how to build it.
Friends, not gurus.
Our retreats don't have stages. They have circles. The host isn't a teacher on a pedestal — they're a peer with a craft. The ExCo Producer who runs the ground with you isn't a tour guide — they're the engineer of the room. Nobody is here to be saved. Everybody changes anyway.
In their words
What people who've done this with us actually say.
“Found my Tribe.”
“Came in with a cynical view, left from it with a grateful heart.”
“Lifelong friends, a community, and a renewed faith in my own self.”
“The curation of the people, and the beautiful balance between flow and structure — bonded with people for life.”
“A break I didn't know I needed.”
“I went from being the wise one in the room to acknowledging that I need help, love and support and that it's okay to ask for it.”
That's not what we say about our retreats. That's what 1,200+ people who've come on them have said. We've kept every word.

1,200+ people have passed through this container.
Who shows up here
Who hosts retreats with us.
Four kinds of hosts run retreats with us. Some are one of these. Some are two. If you recognize yourself in any of them, we should talk.
The Practitioner
You have a craft. Yoga, surfing, breathwork, hooping, photography, building, AI, writing, design, fitness, music. Your audience already pays you to learn from you or experience what you make. The retreat is your craft, taken to its deepest place, with the 12 people who'd most benefit from it.
The Curator
You have authority over a place, a scene, or a theme. Food. Design. Travel. Music. A region you know like nobody else. Your audience trusts your taste — they'd go anywhere you sent them. The retreat is your taste, made into a four-day experience for the people who follow it.
The Thought Leader
You're doing cutting-edge work in your field. Founder, researcher, advertiser, scientist, builder, expert. People follow you because of how you think and what you ship. The retreat is the room you'd put your sharpest peers in for four days — with structure that makes the conversations worth flying for.
The Community Owner
You have a tribe already. Founder cohort, advertiser circle, alumni network, mastermind, agency team, paying community. Your retreat is for them — not for the world. We help you take 12 of your people somewhere unforgettable, run the operation, and let you focus on being present.
Whichever shape fits, three things stay true.
You have a room.
A community that already buys from you, listens to you, shows up for you. Not follower count — paid attention. Even 100 people who've bought from you is enough.
You know what you're bringing.
A craft, a perspective, a place, a tribe. Whatever your people associate with you. We don't manufacture this part.
You want to show up as a friend, not a guru.
Our retreats don't have stages. They have circles. If your idea of hosting is 'I teach, they listen,' this isn't for you.
If you're hoping we'll find an audience for you, this isn't that. We work with people who already have a room.
The split
What we handle. What you handle.
You bring
Who's in the room. The craft layer. The personal nudges that get your people across the line. The voice memos to your community. The “yes, you should come” moments only you can deliver.
We bring
Properties, transport, permits, food, payments, taxes, design of every day, the ExCo Producer who runs the ground with you, the post-retreat WhatsApp group that becomes the actual product. 110+ retreats of muscle memory. Twelve years of taste.
Our team has shipped 200+ experiences across 30+ countries. We've solved every kind of problem twice. You will not be the first to ask us anything.
The deal
You set the price. You keep most of it.
Two ways to work with us.
50/50 split. You bring the people, we run everything. After all costs, profit splits evenly. Best if you want operational ease and partnership feel.
85/15 split. You take 85% of revenue after costs. We take 15% as the platform fee. Best if you want maximum upside and you're confident you can fill the room.
No setup fee. No platform fee until your retreat fills. We make money when you make money.
Tell us about your retreat
Five minutes. Five questions. A real human reads every one.
We'll ask you about your community, your craft, and what you want this retreat to do for the people who come. By the end of it, we'll know if there's a fit — and if there is, you'll hear from a human within 48 hours.
