About the trip
In today’s day and age, Creators and Creative Entrepreneurs need a safe space to explore their ideas. At BHX™, we spend a week together with a bunch of diverse individuals, amidst gorgeous locations in India. For all those who dream big and achieve even bigger, this experience is about cross-pollination of ideas, perspectives and solutions. Insane collabs, incredible brainstorms by the pool and plenty of good vibes await you in Goa as we soak in the sun and sea. - You arrive mid-morning, bags dropped, first hellos exchanged over lunch with faces you'll know deeply by week's end.
- Long-table welcome lunch sparks quick hellos and first “why-I’m-here” stories.
- Afternoon settles into intro circles. Not resumes but turning points. The pivot that changed everything, the bet that didn't make sense.
- Worry not, we're big on creating a safe space that'll help you unravel layers and dive deep into each other's worlds.
- By evening, you've heard stories that take most friendships years to reach.
- Dinner flows into a villa house-party - dancing, poolside chilling & conversations.
Challenges Surface. The Tribe Digs In.
- Morning might spill over with a few more intros, then the room shifts as challenges come to the table.
- We'll be opening up the floor - share your aspirations, what's holding you back and the challenges you're eager to tackle.
- The Tribe splits into small agencies - groups of four or five people. You talk through what's blocking you; they listen, dig, reflect back.
- From design tweaks to hard tactical questions, to repositioning brands, and even hiring the right people, all questions get a direction.
- We later head for some live music & dancing at dinner. A true moment for a collective exhale, you deserve this!
Your Corner Gets Built. Card by Card.
- One by one, each person takes to the floor and shares: here's my challenge, here's what I need, here's what I can give.
- The tribe listens, then responds with concrete offers: emotional backup, skillsets, collaboration, warm intros into their own networks.
- You leave the session knowing exactly who's in your corner and how they'll show up.
- Then it's time to have your one-on-one tribe dates! Sit at a café and exchange thoughts over coffee or let the perspectives flow by the beach. Swap stories, trade skills, and turn big questions into doable plans - you might have found your next investor, co-founder or accountability partner.
- By afternoon, you've done the same for them. And by evening, everyone leaves with two things: their Ask and their Offer.
- Tonight, a beautiful surprise awaits. We won't spill much but to give you a hint - it's going to be a musical night for the soul!
Questions Surface Over Coffee and Sunsets.
- If the Marketplace ran long, it wraps this morning. Otherwise, the day belongs to one-on-ones.
- Tribe dates continue the flow. These intentional conversations with co-residents, will offer you a different lens on your current life stage. The questions you didn't think to ask yourself start coming up now.
- The best part about these dates is that you can have them anywhere - choose the backdrop that resonates with you the most!
- Evenings are for some time off and to explore a bit of Goa with your new tribe.
Hacks Flow. Work Gets Seen. Moves Happen.
- Tribe Dates continue into the morning, threads from yesterday still unspooling.
- Then: a Hack Circle. Someone shares their morning flow. Another, a tool that increased their efficiency by 40%. 30+ hacks and nothing held back.
- Show of Work follows (optional) - a space for residents to share what they're building. Feedback comes fast, honest, useful. Trust and belief, faster, because it's from people mid-build too.
- On our last day here, do the things you've been waiting to do. Want to collaborate with someone? Walk up to them with your idea. Been dreading sending that email? Send it.
- Leave nothing left unsaid, no conversation unfinished, and no stone unturned.
Goodbyes Linger. The Tribe Doesn't Leave.
- The morning moves slow. Breakfast stretches long, last conversations happening in corners.
- Goodbyes feel different because the tribe doesn't end here.
- You pack up and leave, but with clarity in your chest, a list of things to try, and people who'll pick up when you call.
