BHX Sri Lanka
Beachhouse Project (BHX) is a six-day, invite-only growth residency that nudges you outside your comfort zone. What happens when you pull up a chair beside people who wish to tilt the world? Story-swaps, hard questions, louder laughter. Mornings begin with journals and chai; days flow through brain-date walks, beachside epiphanies, and discovering hidden gems. Focus, adventure, and tribe accountability turn raw sparks into crisp plans. No fluff. Just hand-picked creators under one roof and magic that travels home with you. You come to this Brain Vacation curious; leave with conviction and a tribe that won’t let the spark dim.
About the trip
Sri Lanka greets you barefoot, tuk-tuk breeze in your hair, ocean fizz in your ears, and just enough spice in the air to shake loose what’s stuck. In Unawatuna, a beachside hideout turns into your basecamp for breakthroughs: post-it storms after swims, strategies shaped between beach walks, and ideas stirred slowly over Ceylon tea and lazy sunset beers. And across six island days, your big questions sharpen, and what you take back is a three-month plan, plus a Tribe you’ll still text long after the sand leaves your skin.

Your Gameplan
Strangers at Lunch. Your People by Dinner.
- You land mid-morning, settle into the villa, and meet your tribe over a long welcome lunch.
- Afternoon eases into intro circles. Not another LinkedIn bio session, just the moments that rewired how you think. The risks, the pivots, the bets that didn't make sense to anyone else.
- By evening, the room feels different. You've heard the kind of stories most people take years to share.
- Night spills into music, poolside hangs, and the kind of conversations that stretch past midnight.

Your Challenges Get Aired. And The Tribe Leans In.
- Morning wraps up lingering intros, then the challenges come to the center.
- You're placed in an Agency, a small circle of four or five people. You walk them through what's stuck. They ask the questions that crack it open.
- You do the same for them. By late afternoon, everyone's left with clarity: their Ask (what they need) and their Offer (what they're bringing).
- Come evening, you head out to Galle Fort. Watch the sun set over colonial walls, drinks at a tucked-away spot and a hearty dinner with ocean air.

The Tribe Shows Up<3
- Morning session: one by one, each person shares their challenge, their ask, their offer with the full tribe.
- The tribe doesn't offer vague support, they respond with tangible support. Real commitments that include emotional backing, skillset, intros into networks, and formal collaboration offers.
- You walk away knowing exactly who's got you and how.
- Afternoon's open as some explore local markets; others wander temples or hit the beach. Evening closes with game night and music by the pool.

Whales, Coastline, and the Questions You Needed Asked.
- Early start for a roadtrip as we head down the coast to Mirissa, windows open, good music on.
- Morning's spent whale watching on the Indian Ocean. Blue whales if luck's on your side. Quiet awe, then animated debriefs on the boat back.
- Rest of the day unfolds in Tribe Dates where you have one-on-one conversations with co-residents. Some happen at beachside cafés, others with feet in the sand.
- The questions you never asked yourself will start surfacing now.

Hacks Shared. Feedback Given. Moves Made.
- Morning continues yesterday's Tribe Dates, conversations picking up right where they left off.
- Then: Hack Circle. One person shares a morning ritual that changed their output. Another, a tool that unlocked efficient personal finance planning. 70+ practical ideas and no one gatekeeps.
- Show of Work (optional): residents share what they're building. These could be side projects, half-baked ideas, works in progress. Feedback lands fast, honest, and useful.
- Last full evening for you to make the move you've been sitting on. Pitch that collab. Send that scary email. Leave nothing on the table.

Some Leave. Some Stay. The Tribe Doesn't.
- Morning stretches. Breakfast bleeds into long goodbyes and corner conversations that don't want to end.
- Some head home. Others extend and explore Sri Lanka together.
- The WhatsApp group stays active for months. The tribe doesn't end when you leave.
- You pack up, but you're leaving with clarity and 15 incredible humans to fall back on.
- Welcome to the Tribe, you<3

Thaproban Pavilion Waves
The perfect way to discover and rediscover the beauty of incredible Unawatuna and its famous beach. How can you resist this offer of a ‘real’ beach vacation in the sun?

BHX
A living room built for founders, creators, artists, rebels & leaders to unlock new ideas, connections, and breakthroughs
“I joined BHX Shillong at my lowest point. I had just quit my job, had 10+ years of experience, and was drowning in imposter syndrome. Walking in, I was honestly terrified. From the first moment, the team made me feel like I belonged. The century-old property had incredible energy, and the people I met were genuinely supportive. When I had an anxiety attack mid-week, the compassion from the group floored me. It felt like the room had been curated for exactly what I needed. Seven days of real conversations, shared stories, and late-night laughter that meant something. I left with energy I had forgotten I had, friendships that stuck, and belief in myself again. BHX Shillong was the turning point.”
