About the trip
We’re returning to a place that invites you to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect - Hoi An, Vietnam. Hoi An isn’t a destination you rush through. It’s a rhythm you slip into. Lantern-lit streets, tiled roofs glowing at dusk, and mornings by the river that feel like therapy. New Faces at Lunch. Your People by Sunset..
- You land in Da Nang, drive south to Hoi An and notice how palm trees blur past and the coast opens up beside you.
- Check in, drop bags, meet your tribe over a long welcome lunch. These are new faces, names you're hearing for the first time.
- Afternoon eases into a deep intro circle. Not another LinkedIn bio session, just the moments that rewired how you think. The risks, the pivots, the bets you took that didn't make sense to anyone else.
- By evening, you've heard stories that most people take years to share.
- You then walk to An Bang Beach for sunset. Barefoot in the sand, dinner with ocean air, and conversations that stretch longer than expected.
Challenges Surface. The Tribe Digs In...
- Morning wraps up lingering intros, then the challenges come to the center.
- You're placed in an Agency, a small circle of four or five people. You walk them through what's stuck. They ask the questions that crack it open.
- You do the same for them. By late afternoon, everyone's left with clarity: their Ask (what they need) and their Offer (what they're bringing).
- Come evening, you step into Hoi An Ancient Town. You see yellow walls, silk lanterns swaying overhead and how the golden hour makes everything glow.
- You then craft your own paper lantern, write something on it and release it onto the Thu Bon River. Dozens of lights drift downstream together.
Your Corner Gets Built. Card by Card.
- Morning kicks off with the Creative Marketplace. One by one, each person shares their challenge, their ask, their offer with the full tribe.
- The tribe doesn't offer vague support, they respond with tangible support. Real commitments that include emotional backing, skillset, intros into networks, and formal collaboration offers.
- You walk away knowing exactly who's got you and how.
- Then it's time to have your one-on-one tribe dates! These intentional conversations with co-residents happen riverside, over iced coffee, or during basket boat rides on the Thu Bon.
- The questions you didn't think to ask yourself start coming up now.
Imperial Walls and Questions Over Countryside Roads.
- Early start as we pile into jeeps, wind through mountain passes and coastal roads toward Hue.
- We arrive by midday: ancient citadel walls, empty courtyards, stone bridges over lotus ponds. Imperial history that invites quiet instead of commentary.
- Tribe Dates continue the flow. These conversations will offer you a different lens on your current life stage, some happen at local lunch spots, others against temple walls.
- We drive back to Hoi An by sunset. Evening's yours - get dinner in pairs, wander solo, or rest if you need it.
Hacks Flow. Work Gets Seen. Moves Happen.
- Tribe Dates continue into the morning, threads from yesterday still unspooling. You'll notice they are rawer and more candid now.
- Afternoon is yours: explore the Japanese Covered Bridge, get a suit tailored in four hours, rent a bike and disappear into rice fields.
- Then: Hack Circle where 30+ tools and frameworks are shared rapid-fire, someone drops the exact resource that's been missing from your stack.
- Show of Work tonight if you want: a space for residents to share what they're building, completely optional. A few residents present what shifted, what they're building, what's clicking now. In return, feedback comes fast, honest, useful.
- House party tonight - music, drinks and laughter that comes easy. You look around and notice what the last 4 days created<3.
Goodbyes Linger. The Tribe Doesn't Leave.
- Morning stretches. Breakfast bleeds into long goodbyes and corner conversations that don't want to end.
- The tribe gathers one final time: a closing circle where residents name what landed and what they're taking home.
- You pack up, but you're leaving with clarity, a strong network and15 incredible humans to fall back on. The WhatsApp group stays active for months. The tribe doesn't end when you leave, you'll see.
